TX-MICRO LED (RGB FULL FLIP CHIP)

In 2020, with common shaded driver chips, self-developed A3™ ASIC master control chips and mega-transfer technology, Leyard is the first to achieve mass production of Micro LED display, officially leading the industry into the micro-pitch era.

MICRO LED CHIPS

Micro LED Chips--Nanoscale flip chip size less than 100 microns (100um). High luminous efficiency; uniform light output; reduced thermal resistance; reduced wire bonding process; stable and reliable.

SELF-DEVELOPED MOLDING PACKAGING PROCESS

High consistency, good colour uniformity and higher contrast ratio.

ULTRA-LOW POWER CONSUMPTION

Self-developed common cathode driver IC and Leyard A3™ ASIC main controller chip. Power consumption is approximately 27% less than a co-positive driver design at the same brightness (600-800nit). It can achieve 2000nit peak brightness at the same peak power consumption.

SUPERB COLOUR

With advanced image processing technology, the series achieves a 100% DCI-P3 colour gamut with twice the chromaticity.

MINIMUM PIXEL PITCH IS 0.4MM

P0.4 TX-Micro is the first product to be mass-produced, leading the LED display industry to develop high standards in electronic design and process manufacturing.

TX-MINI COB (RGB FULLY FLIP-CHIP COB PACKAGE)

COB technology refers to LED packaging technology where the LED chip is solidified directly onto a printed circuit board,
rather than an already formed LED package soldered to a PCB.

FULL FLIP CHIP

With RGB Full Flip Chip and COB technology, the series has high contrast ratio. Up to 95% of the display unit is black. With Full flip chip, it reduces process, avoids failure caused by soldering line, and greatly improves stability.

MINI

With Mini LED flip-chip, this series is available in sizes 100μm - 200μm. Fine pitch; higher pixels

ENERGY SAVING

Using common cathode drive technology and selfdevelopedLeyard AJ™ ASIC master chip, this series saves about 27% energy.

HIGH CONTRAST

Contrast ratio up to 30,000:1. The flip chip combined with the surface coating technology brings higher luminous efficiency and higher contrast ratio, significantly improving the product quality.

HIGH FRAME RATE HFR

The TX Platform supports high frequency HFR input signals, which can currently support 120Hz (2D).

SUPPORT DCI P3 COLOR GAMUT

The color gamut of TX platform products can be as bigger as DCI P3 standard.
Compared with Rec. 709, there are more red and green color to be shown, and the blue is more precise.

10BIT

The TX Platform supports both 8bit and 10bit, allowing for higher quality video content to be displayed.

ADVANCED IMAGE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY

Leyard master control has strong video processing and correction data calculation capabilities to output high-definition video images. It has broadcast-quality video processing technology, 10bit grayscale and 16bit color processing capabilities, can display 281 trillion colors. It automatically adapts to 50/60Hz signal source, scans frame by frame to improve picture clarity, and has high image resolution, image can be restored pixel by pixel, clear and sharp. It also performs image noise reduction, sharpening, color optimization and color temperature adjustment.

COLOR ENHANCEMENT

Color enhancement processing improves the useful information in the image. Make dim image clear and bright or emphasize certain features. Enlarge the difference between features of different objects in the image and suppress features that are not of interest. Improve image quality, enrich information, and enhance image interpretation and recognition.

IMAGE NOISE REDUCTION

Automatic image noise reduction to make the image smoother and enhance viewing experience.

IMAGE SHARPENING

Sharpening images by video processor can reveal more details and textures, enhance the grayscale contrast, and better identify the image features.

ADVANCED MOTION COMPENSATION

LED features Nanosecond response time, the internal between ON and OFF is extremely short. It could rapidly response without Visual Staying Phenomenon, very clear. It has big advantage for those applications requiring super good dynamic rendering effect. The self emitting mode for LED needs no response time, no visual staying phenomenon happened even when people observe the rapid movement objects.

COMMON CATHODE DRIVE MODE

Common cathode drive mode allows precise voltage control.
While reducing heat generation, the power consumption and probability of LED damage are effectively reduced, and the average life of LEDs is improved.

PIXEL BY PIXEL BRIGHTNESS AND COLOR CALIBRATION

Professional pixel-by-pixel brightness and color calibration, not full screen calibration, high precision, color uniformity <±0.003 (at 6500K white balance).

EASY TO UPGRADE DISPLAY RESOLUTION

The TX series adopts a modular design, and the control system supports 2K to 4K upgrades. It only needs to replace the control module to upgrade the screen from 2K to 4K.

6-AXIS ALIGNMENT

A uniform tool can be used for X/Y/Z 6-axis adjustment between panels. Module can be easily adjusted in Z-direction, and flatness can be optimized again.

Solution

The concave design of  meets the needs of immersive scene display. It uses a unique patented technology (under review), so that each pixel of the unit can be evenly curved to achieve a smooth curved display surface. Compared with the traditional curved display composed of flat unit, TXC series improves the uniformity of light when viewing the screen from the side, alleviates the light and dark lines at the splices, and enhances the immersive viewing experience. TXC series achieves a concave display surface with a minimum diameter of 3m. The diameter can be customized according to the installation environment, which improves the space utilization.
