Covering a land area of 18,791.44 square meters with a total floor space of 75,170 square meters, the park is equipped with state-of-the-art production facilities. Once operating at full capacity, it is expected to generate an annual output value of CNY 5 billion, contributing significantly to Leyard's goal of achieving CNY 10 billion in total output and effectively addressing previous capacity constraints.

At the Southern Headquarters, a comprehensive industrial ecosystem for LED applications has been established, with digitalization, intelligence, and automation integrated throughout the entire production process. Seamless interconnectivity between software systems and equipment across factories enables real-time sensing and intelligent coordination. From this hub, high-end display products, proudly made in China—including cutting-edge 8K ultra-HD LED displays, fine-pitch commercial LED screens, and standardized Mini/Micro LED displays—are delivered to markets around the world.

3. Wuxi: A Technology Leader at the Frontier of Micro LED

In 2020, Leadstar Micro-Crystal Display Corporation was established in Wuxi, marking the launch of the world's first large-scale Micro LED production base—a pivotal milestone in Leyard's advancement into the Micro LED sector. Focused on breaking through technical barriers in Mini and Micro LED technologies, the Wuxi base became the first in the industry to achieve mass production of ultra-small Micro LED displays.

In 2024, a next-generation substrate-free Micro LED production line—fully developed in-house—was launched at the Wuxi base. This significantly enhanced mass transfer efficiency, driving innovation in Micro LED display technology while accelerating cost reduction, performance improvement, and large-scale commercialization. As part of Leyard's ongoing efforts to optimize and upgrade its industrial footprint, a new LED industrial park with a total construction area of 66,000 square meters is under development in Changsha. Its product range will include LED display systems, lighting products, and more, serving Saudi Arabia and neighboring countries.
